Why Should You Hire Me As Your VA?

I’ve been thinking, what makes me a hire-able Virtual Assistant. So I thought of my 8 years experience at a contact center and being able to have experienced managing a team myself. Over the past years, I must say that having a number of experience is definitely a plus when you want to seek out assistance to your work. I’ve listed down 7 reasons why you should hire me as a virtual assistant.

Self-motivated – I am not someone who is easily deterred. Yes, I admit that stress is part of us but it should’nt be a hindrance for us to not deliver a quality work. I have dealt with a lot of different clients in our contact center before; face to face they tell you exactly how they want things and sometimes it can be ugly; however, I took it as an opportunity to improve myself and eventually delivered a favorable result that made our clients happy.

High-integrity – One important quality that I always tell myself, I have to deliver work at my best even when my boss is not under his or her scrutiny over me. I follow the rules, guidelines and policies to ensure that morals at work are intact. I make sure that I wear integrity like a second skin.

Punctual – Showing up to work is one thing, but being ahead of time going to work is another. I have experienced heavy traffic in the past and it has been the most challenging experience I had while working. Now that I’m given the chance to work at home, I will be twice as productive and punctual as I have been when I was still a commuting employee.

Well-trained for cold calling – Phone call ethics is already part of my system and I make sure that I am able to communicate clearly over the phone.

Social media savvy – I love photography so much that I make sure that I am in the loop with amazing photos from all over the world so I have accounts on Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Caffeine lover – I jumpstart my day with coffee, then drink another coffee in the middle of work. Then another cup 2 hours before my shift ends. That keeps me always on the go.
